• Account Data: If you log in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
• Usage Data: We collect information on your learning progress, quiz results, battle statistics, and saved phrases to provide and improve the educational experience.
• Device and Log Information: We automatically collect device information such as your mobile device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (including Ad ID).
• AI Input Data: Text and voice data you submit for translation or conversation are processed securely via the Google Gemini API to return language learning responses.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We use third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our App is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Advertising and Analytics (Google AdMob):
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our App. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies or device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this App or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads to you based on your visit to our App and/or other sites on the Internet.

Opting Out of Personalized Advertising:
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. 3. Safety & User Generated Content (UGC)

To ensure a safe environment in community features like the Global Live Chat:

• We monitor for harmful or inappropriate content.
• Users can block or report other users who violate our community guidelines.
• Violating users may be restricted or permanently banned from the service.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by navigating to the Settings menu within the App or contacting us directly. Upon request, your data will be permanently and immediately destroyed from our active databases.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions to remove that information from our servers.
