By downloading, accessing, or using VocaQuest (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
You agree to use the service strictly for language learning purposes. To ensure a safe community environment, you must not post, send, or share any content that is:
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. We provide tools within the App to block abusive users and report inappropriate content. Our moderation team will review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate actions, which may include permanent account suspension.
All software, design, text, and other materials in the App (excluding your generated content) are owned by VocaQuest or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VocaQuest makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

VocaQuest(이하 "앱")를 다운로드하거나 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관의 내용에 동의하지 않으실 경우 서비스를 이용하실 수 없습니다.
이용자는 본 서비스를 건전한 언어 학습 목적으로만 이용해야 합니다. 안전한 커뮤니티 환경을 위해 다음 각 호에 해당하는 행위 및 콘텐츠 게시를 엄격히 금지합니다.
무관용 원칙 (Zero Tolerance): 당사는 부적절한 콘텐츠 및 악성 사용자에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 앱 내에는 악성 사용자를 차단하고 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있는 기능이 제공됩니다. 접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토되며, 정책 위반이 확인될 경우 해당 계정은 경고 없이 영구 정지될 수 있습니다.
앱 내에 포함된 소프트웨어, 디자인, 텍스트 및 기타 모든 자산(사용자가 직접 생성한 콘텐츠 제외)에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 VocaQuest 또는 그 라이선스 제공자에게 있습니다. 사전 서면 동의 없이 이를 복제, 수정 또는 무단 배포할 수 없습니다.
본 서비스는 "있는 그대로(As is)" 제공되며, 서비스의 정확성, 신뢰성, 중단 없는 제공을 보증하지 않습니다. VocaQuest는 사용자가 본 서비스를 이용함으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 간접적, 부수적 손해에 대해서도 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다.
